BRUCE SCHAEFER
Bruce Schaefer The inspection on the property was very thorough, informative and professional. From beginning to end, I was encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification on every aspect of the property's construction, mechanical systems and maintenance. I believe I gained valuable information about the property, and I was also encouraged to seek outside sources (contractors/town) for answers to questions which were not immediately available at the property. The inspector was articulate and clear in his explanations and evaluations.

EXCELLENT!! Bruce broke down everything and explained things in terms that I would understand. He always recapped everything he saw and asked if I had any questions throughout the whole process. He took his time and did a very thorough inspection.

Mr. Bruce Schaefer performed the inspection and I now understand why he came so HIGHLY recommended. My daughter bought a home in Trumbull last summer and Bruce performed the inspection there and she and my son-in-law were very impressed with his work and extremely satisfied. Bruce is a true professional and obviously a master at what he does. If you asked me to rate his thoroughness on a scale from one to ten I'd have to say 100. He made sure I understood each and every aspect of the inspection from start to finish. It was a learning experience for me. I feel more comfortable now about buying this home. After listening to Bruce explain details about electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating systems, etc. I now feel more secure that I can own a home on my own. TOM TUSSING
Tom Tussing, Absolutely wonderful, he knew his stuff and he took the time to really explain things to us. My husband and I are very happy that we picked Schaefer home inspection. I cant say enough, the home inspector was wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a home inspector.

I am so very pleased to have met and used Tom Tussing for two of my home inspections this week. TOM BEGG
I wanted to take a moment to inform your company of the exceptional service we received from your inspector Thomas K. Begg. My husband Daniel and myself were very impressed with Mr. Begg's patience with our never ending questions and his willingness to stop at any moment to address any of our concerns. As first time home buyers, we are very concerned about making a sound investment. Mr. Begg gave us all the appropriate information to help guide us in our decision concerning our current offer. Although we will be rescinding our offer after we estimated the sum of repairs needed on the home, we very much thank Mr. Begg for making our first attempt at a home inspection as pleasant as it could possibly be. I am a licensed landscape architect and in the business of construction - I've done a number of historic renovations, both as the designer and as a do-it-yourself contractor and thought I knew what I was looking for in this old house but Tom found a number of other items and gave outstanding, practical and useful advice. The Inspection was very thorough and complete. Thomas Begg, our inspector was very thorough and explained everything he saw. He took his time going through the house, and pointed out some things we didn't see. We were very happy with the inspection.

Yes. The inspector was Tom Begg. He was a quite gently personality without the 'ego-maniac' type personality or mentality that is sometimes found in some inspectors. He was instead reassuring with the young man buying the home. Tom was not an alarmist.

Thomas K. Begg-He was fantastic. He answered my questions and explained things to me in a way that I would understand and when I did not he would explain it again in a different way until I got it. He constantly emphasized the fact that I could ask him anything I had questions or concerns about. He also provided information about the life expectancy for certain objects (furnace, water heater, roof, etc) as well as how often maintenance was needed and when it should be provided. I felt very comfortable with his abilty in the inspection process.

Tom provided us with an inspection above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived we felt in good hands as he climbed down from the roof and gave us a warm and friendly greeting. He walked us through the entire inspection and explained each step as we went. He entertained all our questions and showed an eagerness to educate as we proceeded. We felt comfortable as well as confident with Toms inspection and his presentation. It was a very professional and pleasant experience. A 10 out of 10 for sure and I will refer Tom to any one needing his service.
