WHY CHOOSE THE MARVIN H. SCHAEFER INSPECTION SERVICE, INC.?

We know the inspection business.
Marvin and Bruce started their home inspection business over 25 years ago when the inspection profession was still in its infancy.  With a profession that is growing rapidly in Connecticut, bringing new home inspectors into the field, it's nice to know there is a company like Schaefer, with over 25 years of experience.

All of our inspectors come from a construction background. This gives our inspectors an edge others may not have in determining the significance of any give issue found during the inspection.  There is a world of difference between classroom education and hands-on experience when evaluating the intricacies of all the various types of home construction.  Our inspectors have both.   All of our inspectors are engaged in ongoing continuing education in home systems and components and how to inspect them.  We exceed the state’s  educational requirements.  All of this knowledge and experience gives us the ability to thoroughly inspect a house based on its individual characteristics.  Click here to view just a few of the testimonials we have received from our clients
